The Infatuation LA
The kind of magic happening at Fiorelli Thursday through Sunday doesn’t involve card tricks, but there are plenty of rabbits. That’s because Fiorelli’s inside The Cook’s Garden, an urban farm and animal sanctuary in the heart of Venice.
The place is worth visiting to experience the garden itself, but the fact that you can also eat oven-fresh pizzas made by the former Love & Salt chef? We couldn't draw up a more pleasant addition to our beach day itinerary.

Eater LA
Longtime California Italian chef Michael Fiorelli has gone on a bit of a solo tour (with the help of partner Liz Gutierrez) operating a wood-fired pizzeria inside the Cook’s Garden in Venice. Fiorelli has been drawing crowds during his three-day-a-week operation with a tight menu of blistered New York-style pizzas. Specials often include local produce and ingredients from the garden. Pizzas tend to run out early, so it’s best to get there as early as possible.

Alice had her wonderland, the "gardens of memory" where she promised the Mad Hatter they would meet. Angelenos have The Cook's Garden on Abbot Kinney in Venice where, amid clucking chickens and bouncing bunnies, crowds are packing picnic tables for arguably the best pizza SoCal has to offer.

California's most charming new pizzeria is hidden in an enchanted garden.
Pizza is served in some pretty unexpected places in Los Angeles...But Fiorelli Pizza’s setup at the Cook’s Garden is both unique and utterly charming, tucked away on Abbot Kinney in Venice. There, from Thursday to Sunday only, seasoned chef Michael Fiorelli and his business partner Liz Gutierrez are serving beautifully blistered wood-fired pies topped with ingredients straight from the garden.
